We are proud to announce Preventagen's current development of the Skin Care Cloud (PSCC) which makes use of Dr. Shiu-Shin Chio's recent invention, a digital imaging method and apparatus for skin care monitoring & diagnosis. It was 20 years ago when Dr. Chio invented the Pulse Dynamics (DynaPulse hemodynamic profiling) method for monitoring and diagnosing hypertension and associated cardiovascular disease, and since then, he has received over 10 patents worldwide. Today his new innovation, involving the application of the digital camera and imaging processing technologies for monitoring and diagnosing skin problems has been patented and allowed. Like DynaPulse for hypertension care, this newly patented method will be used by Preventagen to provide the most affordable, effective, easy-to-use skin care and skin cancer prevention, for both home and clinical applications in the near future.
